Mas Amor News

  • Mas Olivia is a charming, clean, well-maintained property with everything you could need for your stay and as advertised. The owners were delightful, friendly hosts and made us feel more than welcome. The property is situated in a very beautiful part of the country. It is also just a short distance from St Remy de Provence, with it's wonderful side streets and magnificent restaurants. The Mas is a great base from which to visit the area - we would especially recommend Van Gogh's bridge at Arles and of course Avignon. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone whether for just a relaxing break or a sight seeing base.
  • The photographs of the house do not do it justice. We found it to be more light and spacious, very well equipped and furnished, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The two outdoor areas are great places especially for morning coffee and apéritif in the evening. The house is ideally located, just a quick drive away from Saint Rémy de Provence shops, bars, restaurants. There are a number of good local restaurants, none of which were more than a 3 minutes drive. I would highly recommend Mas des Jardins
  • We booked the Mas des Vignes for a fortnight in the summer of 2015 and had a fabulous time. The villa is spacious, well designed gorgeous whilst not precious. We were there with a group of friends and children and we felt the ergonomic was perfect, there was a room for every purpose and enough room for 3 families to not be on top of each other. We had a very warm welcome and Amelie and her team were on call for any additional request or special need we might have had. The location is wonderfully secluded in the middle of vineyard and orchards, not bothered by the neighbours....
  • The property is gorgeous. It is spotless, very well decorated and appointed. It is spacious, kids loved playing in the park! We will be back! We highly recommend this property. Thanks.
  • The Villa was clean upon arrival and is decorated to a high standard with good quality fittings. The supermarket is just down the hill which is good as the wine kept vanishing! Jump in the car and you can be on wonderful Beaches within 5 minutes.
  • I can think of nothing but superlatives to describe this lovely villa. There were 10 in our family group of grandparents, adult children and 3 little ones ages 8, 6 and 3. We stayed a week. The house, situated in an adorable town, is large, gracious, light, extremely quiet, and clean and well-maintained. You can barely see another house beyond the well-kept gardens and lawns, yet you are, amazingly, only a short block from the center of town. The beds and other furniture are uniformly comfortable. The pool is large and clean, and surrounded by fences and bushes that will keep out children without parental supervision. The kitchen is ample and well-equipped, and Amelie, the attentive villa manager, connected us with an accomplished chef who prepared and served two gourmet dinners (with fine wines) in-house. Amelie responded quickly and helpfully to our many questions, ranging from scenic driving routes to challenging hiking trails to where to buy groceries on weekends. She pointed us to a fine bakery where we bought fabulous croissants and baguettes fresh for breakfast each morning. St Remy is quite central to Provence, a tourist mecca with a colorful and distinguished history, fine art and architecture, culinary excellence, quaint towns, fun street markets, and exhilarating walks and hikes. Don't miss the unusual show of slides and narration of art shown on various walls of an enormous mine under the fascinating town of Les Baux. You can't go wrong with this house. The only suggestion I can think of for Amelie is to draft clearer directions for new arrivals to find the house!
  • Had a great stay at this beautiful villa; spacious, very clean indeed, we took the whole place with the additional apartment for our kids' nanny. The pool was tremendous, just what you need in the lovely very warm sun.Everything was so good fully equipped with all one needs. Accommodation was great, plenty of room with shower room and WC in each bedroom. The children really enjoyed the pool and the large lawns where they played soccer all day long. There is a wide range of DVD too. Amelie could not have been more helpful, she came to pick up us at the village so we would not get lost. This house is a great family holiday house. The region is well worth a visit. We did not have the time to see it all and we will definitely come back.
  • Amazing house with a great garden which is more like a park. Highly recommended.
  • Tout était parfait, la maison, le jardin (plutot le parc...) et l'accueil!
