La Cave aux fromages
Member of the Guild of Cheese, Monique Mayer has made her beautiful shop in the old village of St Rémy de Provence, a small temple of farmhouse cheeses of all kinds. You will find here an impressive selection of regional goat cheese.
Conveniently close to the best bread maker in town, this guild cheese boutique selects its products directly from farmers who age their Parmesan 30 months and their Comté 36 months in a 12th-century cellar. They create impressive appetizer or “all cheese” meal trays.

Fromagerie des Alpilles
In the land of Alphonse DAUDET, Mas Laferrière is the place of production of “La Fromagerie des Alpilles”. Le Mas is surrounded by meadows among which you can see the white goats. The family business, founded in 1981 has managed to impose their brand thanks to the quality and originality of their products.
You can taste dried cheeses, raw milk cheeses and other dairy bio products. You can also watch the cows being milked.

Chateau d’Estoublon
Located in the heart of Provence, 2km away from le Paradou, the chateau d’Estoublon is a privileged location, which enjoys an exceptional natural setting and a unique terroir.
This Provencal 18th century mansion, with its rich and romantic past, is surrounded by a rose garden, olive orchards and a large park with old trees and Mediterranean plants.
Its shop is open all year round, offering a vast choice of fine products and gourmet specialties, and also a collection of ready-to-wear, decorative items and furniture.

Moulin du Calanquet
Located 2km from St Rémy, the Moulin du Calanquet has an olive plantation of over 10000 trees. The plantation is made up of traditional regional varieties: Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale and Picholine.
It is distinctive in that it produces single-variety olive oils as well as a blend, which means that the many flavours and aromas of each variety can be brought out and combined with different foods.
The family comes from a line of five generations of Saint-Rémy farmers and are descendants of the branch of the poet Frédéric Mistral.

Moulin du Castelas
Located on the road to les Baux de Provence Le Moulin de Castelas allows you to discover the different types of olives.
Olive oils have a very rich palette of aromas and tastes. These are influenced by terroir, climate, the olive varieties used, and how healthy and ripe the fruit are.
At Castelas Mill, all of the oils undergo cold extraction. From harvest to harvest, Their passion for flavour and their know-how have led them to produce olive oils of highly distinctive character and flavoured oils of delightful freshness.
