People not wishing to receive any treatment can subscribe a single pass to the Spa including free entry to the indoor pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, the steam bath, the fitness room, the tea room / the relaxation area.

In the famous essential oil museum, the Aroma Cocoon massage space offers essential oils massages.

In this Zen space, nature and fengshui, experienced practitioners receive you and offer rexation massage with essential oils, reflexology, traditional shiatsu, bamboo massage, draining massage, cupping, massage at 4 hands or even chi machine massage “pitchoune”.
Enjoy a massage or just a conscious breathing time before and after each session, along with a natural drink or a hot toddy with essential oils.

Sabrina discovered yoga during her career as a professional snowboarder and has been practicing for more than 15 years. She primarily teaches vinyasa or “flow” yoga: a dynamic style of hatha yoga which calms and centers the mind

Colombe Roumanille is a Professional dancer and fitness trainer.
She is native from Saint Rémy de Provence and she has given dancing, streching, ballet, yoga lessons for the past 20 years to locals and travelers.

Her classes are tailored to individual needs and students are encouraged to challenge themselves in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Individual and group instruction are available in the comfort of your villa, all materials (mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters) provided.

For preparation or your physical fitness, we recommend sports coach Julien Borghino. He provides customized work according to your needs and desires.
As a fitness trainer, Julien has a wide experience enabling him to assess the physical condition of his client and adapt the pace and type of exercises according to the person.
Julien is an experienced sport coach.The emphasis is on stretching and muscle toning to improve and retain a good range of motion.
