La Bastide Royale is an old farmhouse admirably renovated by its owners.
This Provencal farmhouse is located in the town of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a few minutes from shops, supermarkets and the village center.

It is a property with an area of 2 hectares with a 19th century Provençal Mas of 700 m2, completely renovated and air-conditioned. It offers 10 bedrooms and 9 individual bathrooms including an independent guest house. A bedroom with bathroom in the Mas is fully adapted for wheelchair access.

The Mas is located in the heart of a wooded park on the banks of the Sorgue river. A 17x5m heated swimming pool with pool house and sauna, pétanque court, children’s play area and giant chess sets enhance this environment.

How pleasant it is to walk along the Sorgue and stroll from antique shops to art galleries lining the canals with their peaceful courtyards. The waterwheels of the river bring a real character to this beautiful city of Provence.

Also take the time to discover the built heritage of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Wander the winding streets to admire the mansions and Renaissance houses or to go to the Notre-Dame-des-Anges collegiate church, whose style combines southern Gothic and baroque. Then head to the Silver Tower, the city’s emblem, which dates back to the 12th century.
If you are passionate about old things, the famous flea market which takes place at Easter should arouse your curiosity. Don’t miss either strolling through the aisles of the particularly colorful and lively market, which takes place every Thursday and Sunday morning.

The swimming pool and the pool house are located in the middle of the park. You also have the chance to swim in the river using the private beach.
