This holiday home is located on a hill with a superb view over the vineyards of Grimaud and the Gulf of St Tropez. The property extends over 4 hectares and offers a view of the coast.

La St Tropez sleeps 14 people, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms/showers. All are decorated with great taste. Built on two levels with a spacious living room with a fireplace, a separate dining room, and a beautiful professionally equipped kitchen, holidaymakers will have enough space to find their place.

Whether preparing a Provençal stew on the 5-burner “Lacanche” gas cooker, sipping a fresh fruit juice on the veranda or playing cards on the large table on the terrace.

The veranda is particularly pleasant thanks to its bay windows and its removable roof. From the lounge area, sitting on the comfortable sofas, you can gaze into the starry August sky.

On the ground floor, 4 double bedrooms: 2 of the bedrooms have one with an adjoining bathroom and two other bedrooms share a bathroom with WC.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom. Two balconies overlook the valley and therefore offer a panoramic view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

All rooms are air conditioned. A laundry room with two washing machines and dryers is available to holidaymakers as well as a spacious independent TV lounge.

Two other double bedrooms are in a separate annex which has a TV lounge, they are located 25 meters from the main house and offer more beds, as follows:

Bedroom 6; Double bedroom with Queen size bed 160 cm with adjoining shower room with washbasin and WC. (Access from the garden only)

Bedroom 7; Double room with King size bed 180 cm or convertible into Twin beds 90 cm with adjoining shower room with basin and WC. (Access from the garden only)

Bedroom 8; Twin bedroom with 90cm beds with adjoining shower room with washbasin and WC. (On request with supplement, ideal for nanny or staff with an access from the garden only)

Outside the main house on both sides there are covered terraces overlooking the grounds.

The 12 x 5m heated swimming pool is located between the main house and the annex overlooking the magnificent garden and view of Grimaud. A pool house borders the swimming pool, it has a pergola and a refrigerator and an audio system. There is a heated shower nearby and a table tennis table.

A lighted tennis court, a pétanque court and large lawns allow the most athletic to practice their favorite sport.

The price includes a maid service 5h/day from Monday to Friday.

A continental breakfast every morning with fresh croissants is also à la carte, at an additional cost.

A few minutes by car is the village of Cogolin, its shops, its hypermarket and its restaurants. Saint-Tropez is 15 minutes away by car.
