Mas Josepha’s location is ideal. Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are an hour’s drive away, while Avignon TGV train station is 35 minutes away.

This recently renovated property exudes both historical richness and modern amenities.

It is one of the first houses built inside the fortified village of Eygalières at the end of the 18th century.

Very beautiful house leaning against the rock, in the middle of a steep landscaped park of 2000m², this property offers total privacy and allows everyone to have their own space. Indeed, the property revolves around 3 separate buildings but which meet.
The Main House offers a single bedroom and its private bathroom, one spacious double bedroom and its private bathroom, a large TV lounge, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It opens onto a shaded patio with garden furniture and a large table for lunch or dinner. A barbecue area and table football complete this paved patio.

The secondary house is accessible from the living room which leads to another TV room. This part of the house also offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, one upstairs with a beautiful terrace and a breathtaking view of the village and the Alpilles massif and another below which, in addition to being a bedroom is a literary landmark (a magnificent library is accessible on the mezzanine). The 3rd bedroom is the largest and has a beautiful view on the pool and on Eygalières village. These 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom.
A very beautiful indoor kitchen, but which can be described as summer kitchen because it opens onto a beautiful terrace and the swimming pool, allows you to prepare meals while enjoying the garden, the swimming pool and the pétanque pitch.
From the garden, you enter the 3rd building which consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with fireplace and TV, a spacious bedroom with its shower room and separate wc. An improvised bar on the landing of the house allows you to have a drink while contemplating a splendid view of the village and the surroundings. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette. This part has a completely independent access from the street.

The house can accommodate up to 13 people, ideal for holidays with friends or family in 6 double bedrooms and 1 single. 3 bedrooms have air condition.
