Sumptuous stone building

The Mas Viticole is located in the middle of an estate producing wine, it is a sumptuous 18th century stone building bringing together the colours of Provence. One of its most beautiful assets is certainly its terrace shaded by its magnificent wisteria, the perfect place to have breakfast in the shade of the morning sun of the south of France.

The domain is surrounded by vineyards and rows of lavender which will give you a slow and peaceful rhythm during your holidays.

While the winemaker takes care of the crops surrounding the property, the guests of this house will be able to stroll around the garden with the romantic smell of the rose bushes, while enjoying the swimming pool or reading a good book in the shade of the wooded park while drinking a good glass of rosé.

The Mas Viticole can accommodate up to 10 people, modernised by its recent renovation and comfortably equipped. The house is practical and spacious, it is divided into two parts: the main building which has 5 double bedrooms and an independent annex which can add an extra 4 guests (for rent on request).

The ground floor of the main building offers a kitchen, a living room, direct access to the garden, its terrace and its swimming pool. It also consists of a double bedroom with its bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds and its separate shower room.

Upstairs you will find another 3 double bedrooms with their private adjoining bathrooms.

Stuning view on the Estate

The terrace is positioned to the south of the house and gives a view of the estate. The second terrace near the swimming pool is perfect for summer evenings.

The salt water pool is 12×6, it is heated and has a security alarm.

Nearby Bonnieux (7 km) is one of the most beautiful villages in the Luberon, you will find many small shops, bakeries, small supermarkets, pharmacies and banks.

There is a weekly local market, it’s a perfect place to stroll and have a drink, there are many cafes or have a meal in one of the many restaurants, cheap pizzas at La Flambée, meals Michelin-starred gastronomy at the Bastide de Capelongue.

Perched on a high ridge, the village offers beautiful views over the plain to Mont-Ventoux and you will also find good restaurants in the villages of Lacoste, Gordes and Roussillon.

Slightly further afield, but still a short drive away, are Avignon and Aix-en-Provence, both of which would make wonderful day trips.
