This old farmhouse is an ideal place for holidays in Provence, completely restored, heated swimming pool, landscaped garden, it is located 3.5 km from Apt, a lively town known for its largest and most colourful market in the region. 

This property can accommodate up to 8 people, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it is characterised by a spacious living area, very comfortable and open with a dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Tastefully decorated, all rooms are painted in pale natural tones with stone and terracotta floors. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a beautiful and authentic open fireplace.

The open kitchen and the living room have beams on the ceilings and tiled floors. You will have the opportunity to share your culinary moments in a friendly atmosphere on a large table and farm chairs. The kitchen has a gas hob and all the necessary modern appliances.

The living room and the kitchen open through large French windows onto the covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue.

A cloakroom and a guest toilet are situated near the kitchen.

In the quiet corner of the village of Saignon

The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed with French windows opening onto the garden, its ensuite bathroom, with a single basin, WC and a dressing room.

The house is then composed of two other double bedrooms each with 160cm beds and a shower room, 1 basin and adjoining WC.

One of these two bedrooms shares its bathroom with the fourth bedroom located on the mezzanine ideal for children with two 80 cm single beds.

The exterior is very well laid out, the terrace is shaded and has a large table that can accommodate all the guests, a lounge area and there is a pergola by the heated swimming pool of 12 x 3.5m

The villa of the farm is located in a quiet corner of the village of Saignon, it offers a view of the latter but also of Mont-Ventoux. It is surrounded by agricultural land and fields of lavender, olive trees or vineyards.
