Villa Fabrik is a beautiful property located a few minutes walk from the city center of Nostradamus’ native town, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The house’s garden is sumptuous and includes a large private swimming pool with its magnificent wooden beach.

As soon as you walk into this house, you will immediately feel on vacation! Friendly and perfectly located this villa is in one of the most beautiful place in this Provencal towns, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay: a spacious and uncluttered living rooms, a garden out of sight, a garden kitchen with its barbecue and let’s not forget the generous bedrooms with their adjoining bathrooms.

It offers confidentiality and tranquillity which are two essential advantages for your visit to Provence… Your vacation in this location will be like a dream come true!

On the 250m² of floor space you will find a fully equipped kitchen open to a large living room with a comfortable corner for breakfast, a beautiful library with a view of the terrace where you will find a large dining table for 10 people, the swimming pool and its garden kitchen is also equipped. Villa Fabrik also has a laundry room and a wine cellar.

The main house is also composed of three double bedrooms with their private shower rooms and WCs. In addition, there is an independent master suite situated in an annex, it gives a nice view and direct access to a heated swimming pool to be enjoyed all year around, it offers a dressing room, a relaxation area with sofas, a 160x200cm bed and its private shower room and WC.

Villa Fabrik can accommodate up to 8 guests in the greatest of comforts.

The exterior consists of 4 distinct spaces to live an authentic Provençal experience. On one side, a vegetable garden is there to pick up your vegetables early in the morning and concoct good little Provençal dishes for everyone, you can then enjoy a big and beautiful heated swimming pool of 9x5m surrounded with its wooden beach for drying out after a relaxing swim while listening to the pleasant sound of cicadas. There is also a dining area with its garden kitchen equipped with its barbecue and wood-burning brazier and a beautiful dining table that can seat up to 10 guests under the veranda. Finally, the garden lounge furniture is perfect for sipping rosé on the poolside for a moment in a friendly atmosphere. This garden offers something to do for a day relaxing in Provence!

The villa also has ample private parking.
