Luxurious, the Villa Pamela is located in the gulf of Saint-Tropez a few hundred metres from the famous Club 55 and can accommodate up to 12 people. With its 6 bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, it elevates over 3 levels and offers a large living room with a view of the garden and the swimming pool. Pampelonne beach is just a few minutes walk from the property and Saint-Tropez is a 10 minute drive. With a superb bright living room, this architect-designed house offers 300m² (3,230 sq. ft) of living space fully air-conditioned and a plot of 1,500m² (16,150 sq.ft) with a large swimming pool and a garden just as modern as the villa itself.

With its remarkably large bay windows, the luminosity is one of the strong points of the Villa Pampa. The decoration is chosen with care and the modern architecture encourages comfort, the refined and sophisticated space inspires relaxation for an unforgettable holiday. The bay windows fully open and give direct access to the terrace and the large swimming pool.

Also overlooking the outdoor space, the modern, fully equipped kitchen is a pleasant extension of the living space.

The rooms all have their adjoining bathrooms with baths or showers. Always in modernity, they offer incredibly comfortable night spaces with king-size or queen-size beds, dressing rooms, and are each equipped with a TV.

A view of the patio is reserved for 3 of the bedrooms while the other 2 will enjoy the view of the swimming pool, and 1 will have direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.

The exterior is equipped with a dining area, a summer kitchen, a barbecue and also a garden shower for sunny days. With a heated swimming pool and its many sunbeds, the terrace is a living space of its own within this superbly modern villa.

Within a 10 minutes drive you can find the well-known Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez which features a market on Saturday and Tuesday mornings with all kinds of products: food, textiles, decoration, souvenirs…

The Sénéquier bar on the harbor is an essential place to discover, it is perfectly located to admire yachts while sipping a drink on the terrace.
