By climbing a few steps you will arrive in an office which also contains armchairs to read a book peacefully or on its adjoining terrace which also has the same view which is enjoyed all around this superb property. On that same floor there are also two double bedrooms with their shower rooms, toilets and basins. And finally another bedroom with its 60cm twin bed, a private terrace and a lovely view of the garden.

A separate toilet is accessible from the living room on the ground floor.

A few steps down from the ground floor is another bedroom with a 160 cm queen bed, a shower room, a washbasin and WC, as well as other bedrooms with twin beds (including a bedroom which can be transformed into a double bedroom upon request), these rooms share two bathrooms, one is a shower room with a basin, a WC and another is equipped with a bath, a shower, a basin and a separate toilet. The laundry room is also on this level.

The outside part of the house provides a pergola with a sea view to shelter from the sun on hot days or to simply to enjoy your dinner prepared on the plancha or on the barbecue anytime of the day.

The beautifully appointed garden hosts two beautiful pines which naturally shade beautiful parts of the garden to find cool corners during the day. You will also find, in the garden, other typical Mediterranean shrubs and a lush lawn. So after having taken a dip, having done your morning lengths in the 10x4m swimming pool or even after lounging in the water for hours, it will be very pleasant for you to be able to dry off on the magnificent beach bypassing the swimming pool, on its sunbeds or even in the grass in the sun or in the shade… as you see fit!

Also, the famous towns of Ramatuelle or Saint-Tropez are very close for those who would like to go shopping or stroll through the streets of these glamorous places in the hope of meeting celebrities there.
