Moulin du Castelas
Located in Les Baux-de-Provence, Le Moulin de Castelas allows you to discover the different types of olives.
Olive oils have a very rich palette of aromas and tastes. These are influenced by terroir, climate, the olive varieties used, and how healthy and ripe the fruit is.
At Castelas’ mill, all the oils undergo cold extraction. From harvest to harvest, their passion for flavor and their know-how have led them to produce olive oils of highly distinctive character and flavored oils of delightful freshness.
